Glitch Pong

A neon Pong duel where rallies build Heat until the arena corrupts. Dash, survive glitch pressure, and at 100% Heat fight a surveillance-eye boss that launches six punishment shots.

Dash
Burn through the court with a burst of speed. Cooldown tracked in real-time — you'll hear when it's ready.
Juke
Fake out the ball's trajectory. The ball adapts — so you need to be unpredictable too.
Teleport
Instant reposition. Use it when you're cornered. It has a cooldown, and the ball has seen it before.
Near Miss
Let the ball graze past you for bonus points. High risk. Golden glow. The crowd goes wild.
Boss Mode
Survive a long enough rally and it wakes up. The boss eye tracks the match. Things escalate.
Power-ups
Shield, Power Strike, and Split — spawn mid-match and change everything. Grab yours before they do.

Combo Rally
Chain hits to build multiplier. The longer the rally, the higher the heat — and the louder the music gets.
Sentient Ball
The ball doesn't just bounce. It remembers. It adapts. It cheats. And it knows you know.

Survive a long enough rally and Boss Mode activates. The eye opens. It tracks the ball. It judges your every move.

Boss phases escalate. The longer you play, the more it intervenes. Win the rally and the boss retreats. Lose it — and you'll know.

The Boss Eye
Scoring a point
Get the ball past your opponent's paddle. Each goal scores +1 point. The ball speeds up slightly every time it's hit — the longer the rally, the faster it gets.
Boss Mode scoring
Survive a long enough rally and Boss Mode activates. If you fail the boss encounter — the opponent scores +2 points. If both players survive it together, both get +1 each.
Combo rally
Every consecutive paddle hit builds your combo, up to a max of 12×. A high combo increases rally heat, which is what triggers Boss Mode — and makes the ball behave less predictably.
Dash
Hold Shift + a direction to dash. Covers ground fast. Has a cooldown — you'll hear a chime when it recharges. Use it to recover from a bad position, not just to show off.
Power-ups
Three types spawn mid-match. Shield blocks incoming shots temporarily. Power Strike sends the ball back with brutal force. Split launches decoy balls to confuse your opponent.
Teleport & Juke
Teleport repositions you instantly — cooldown applies. Juke sends out a fake trajectory to mislead the ball's path. Both are AI-driven on the opponent's side too, so don't assume the ball goes where you think.
FIRST TO 7
The match ends when one player reaches 7 points. At match point, Clutch Mode activates — the ball gets faster, the music shifts, and the screen starts to break. Don't choke.
